New 2t/h gas steam boiler to increase production capacity

Situation before the contract and client requirements

  • Oberon-H Ltd is one of the first food industry companies in Bulgaria for importing, packaging and trading pulses and honey. The product portfolio of the company includes a wide range of products including jams, sauces, preserves etc.
  • Oberon planned expansion of its production facility near Sofia in order to support its growth. For this, Oberon needed a new 2t/h gas steam boiler. Resalta was the selected partner for delivery of the equipment.

Resalta solution

The new equipment is a highly efficient 2t/h gas steam boiler with economizer reducing the cost for heating up of fresh water needed for steam production. The boiler is equipped with a high quality modular gas burner.
