Situation before the contract and client requirements

The client monitored energy consumption by performing monthly manual controls of the few existing installed meters.

The client wanted automatic data acquisition for the consumption of water, heat, electricity, compressed air and gas.

Resalta solution

Installation of more than 150 new energy meters.268 meters connected through communication protocols m-bus and modbus with 17 PLC.

Excel reporting, analysis of energy consumption for each measuring point and facility, and comparative historical analysis of consumption including weighted adjustments by production quantity.

The possibility of manual entry of quantities, goals and alarms in the report, in case of not reaching the set targets on a daily basis.

Automatic data synchronization from the database.

Alarm-targeted monitoring of energy consumption.
