Situation before the contract and client requirements
The client was using natural gas as an energy source to heat its facilities.
The required heat was 1,703 MWh annually.
The client wanted the lowest possible price of thermal energy.
Resalta solution
Resalta undertook the analysis of the current heating energy demand to determine the right size required for a cogeneration of heat and power (CHP) on natural gas unit.
Resalta installed two units of 20 kW electricity capacity and 40 kW thermal power each.
Resalta sells heat and electricity energy to client, operating and maintaining the plant, and monitors the system through Resalta‘s central control system (web access) in real time.
